Registration to the 2019 ISAC Spring Conference includes refreshments both mornings, lunch and reception on Thursday, March 14, and lunch on Friday, March 15.  These opportunities are great opportunities to network with exhibitors and other affiliate members.

If you have any special dietary needs (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc.), please contact Kelsey Sebern, by 4:30 pm on Friday, February 22, 2019.  If you have communicated your dietary needs to ISAC, you will receive a special meal ticket with your conference registration packet.  All conference attendees are REQUIRED to wear their name badge to ALL conference events. It will serve as your conference meal and admission ticket.

***Please note that the conference dates are during Lent. In order for ISAC to guarantee a non-meat lunch on Friday you must request it prior to February 22. After this date, we cannot guarantee meeting any special dietary needs.

Thursday, March 14
Coffee will be offered all day in the exhibit hall.

HOT Breakfast: Build Your Own Breakfast Bowl (Breakfast Potatoes, Grilled Diced Ham, Fajita Pepper Mix, Diced Tomatoes, Onions, Scrambled Eggs, Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Salsa and Sour Cream, Whole Pieces of Fruit to include Oranges, Bananas, Apples, Orange Juice, House Blend Regular and Decaf Coffee and Hot Tea.

12:00 am – 1:00 pm  Lunch

Garden Salad with Ranch and Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressings, Chicken Parmesan, Baked Penne Pasta with Sausage and White Sauce, Baked Pasta Primavera, Breadsticks, Assorted Candy Bar, Water, House Blend Regular and Decaf Coffee and Iced and Hot Tea.

4:00 pm – 5:30 pm Exhibitor Reception and Vendor Drawing

Teriyaki Meatballs, Vegetable Shooters, Mini Corn Dog Bites, Kettle Chips and Onion Dip.

Friday, March 15
Coffee will be offered all day.

7:30 am – 8:00 am Morning Refreshments
(Meeting Room Level)

HOT Breakfast: Sliced Seasonal Fruits and Fresh Berries, Fluffy Scrambled Eggs topped with Scallions, Buttermilk Biscuits with Sausage Gravy, Breakfast Potatoes with Peppers and Onions, Crisp Bacon and Maple Sausage, Danish, Muffins and Scones with Whipped Butter, Assorted Chilled Fruit Juices, House Blend Regular and Decaf Coffee and Hot Tea.

12:00 pm – 1:00 pm ISAC Networking Lunch

Choice of Turkey or Ham Wrap Boxed Lunch, Potato Chips, Apple or Banana and Chocolate Chip Cookie.
